Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

• Josser is located at St. Michael’s Park, Cirencester, GL7 2EF.
• Our opening dates are from April 3rd 2026 onwards.
• Stay updated on events and menus by following us on Instagram @josserrestaurant.
• Please note our restaurant is under canvas and outdoors, please dress for outdoor dining.

2. Bookings and Payments

• Josser Restaurant in the Park Dining:
  • A non refundable £20 deposit is taken at the time of booking before paying in full at the end of the meal.
  • Bookings can be made through our website or through google.
  • Menu may be subject to change to ensure the highest quality.
  • Sadly we cannot cater for surprise dietary requirements on the night of booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Josser Restaurant in the Park Dining:
  • If you should choose to change your booking you may do so up to 24 hours before the booking date.
  • Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice allow for rebooking or a voucher.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for rebooking or refunds.
  • You are welcome to gift or sell your booking to a friend; please inform us of any changes.

4. Dietary Requirements

• We can accommodate most dietary requirements with advance notice.
• Please inform us of any requirements at the time of booking.
• If we are not informed of any serious allergies or dietary requirements prior to the meal we may refuse to serve said party.

5. Accessibility

• St. Michael’s Park is generally accessible for wheelchair users with paved pathways.
• Disabled parking bays are available on King Street, near The J Kiosk.

6. Children

• J in the Park: Family-friendly.
• Josser Restaurant in the Park Dining: Guests must be aged 15 or over.
• Sunday Lunch in the Park: Family-friendly.

7. Park Rules

• St. Michael’s Park is a dog-free space, except for our labrador, Steve, and assistance dogs.
• Guests must leave the park by 10pm after dinner under canvas.

8. The J Kiosk

• The J Kiosk is open 10am-4pm Wednesday-Sunday and 6pm-8pm Friday and Saturday evenings.

9. Seating Arrangements

• Dinner Under Canvas: Communal oak table.

10. Events

• Details of upcoming events will be announced on our website and social media channels.

11. General

• Josser reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• By making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
