Responsibilities include assisting with food preparation and service, supervising kitchen staff when required, maintaining consistency and quality of dishes, and ensuring all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed. The role also involves stock control, prep planning, and efficient use of space and equipment within a compact kitchen. We are seeking an enthusiastic Kiosk Operator to join Josser at our kiosk in St Michael’s Park. The succesful candidate will be responsible for serving high quality brown butter toasties & beverages in a fast-paced outdoor setting. Duties include toasty preparation, providing excellent barista coffee and ensuring excellent presentation and taste with every order. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness, following food safety and hygiene regulations, managing prep levels, and working efficiently during busy service periods. The ideal candidate has a passion for community, attention to detail, and the ability to work well as part of a small team while delivering a great food experience to park visitors.
