Our version of street food, but in a field. The food ushered from the hatch on the balcony of the lorry will be alternative, affordable and we hope, a damn sight more interesting than the norm. No week will be the same, the menu ever-changing depending on what’s on our minds, versions of classics and celebrations of certain cultures, cuisines and ingredients. We will endeavor to keep you interested.
Casual Canvas
A relaxed, sit down feast under candlelight in our beautiful tent. The menu will depend on where the lorries have stopped and pitched up, whats on offer at the local markets and which season we’re in… also what food we’re in the mood for cooking. Expect comfort, expect big bubbling hotpots, seasonal displays of local delicacies, overladen platters and new friendships forged with fellow diners. We want you to leave with an overwhelming feeling of content.
We are more than happy to cater for all dietary requirements however we must be informed at least 24hrs before the meal.
The Intimate Gluttonous Rendezvous
This is it. Our evening of intrigue, of showing off, all stops pulled out. A night of pallet pampering, glitz. This will not just be a meal but a bit of a show; the result of many years working as a chef in a circus. There will be storytelling, potentially a bit of a performance and most importantly several courses narrated with a theme. We hope to offer you all something a little different here, a dining experience we’ve been working on since the birth of this idea.
